This page is designed to help you get familiar with the powerful insights each dashboard provides—so you’re ready to make the most of your data as soon as your personalized dashboards are available.
Each dashboard shown here uses example data to illustrate how your own Microsoft 365 and Azure environments will be reflected—offering real-time visibility and actionable intelligence once your personalized dashboards are ready.
1. Top-Level Insights: Enterprise Cost Control Overview
This dashboard provides a high-level summary of your Azure and Microsoft 365 cost performance, license utilization, and security posture. It’s designed to give you a fast, unified view across three critical areas:
- Azure Cost Control: See how Azure resource usage and costs are tracking against your estimates and budgets, with savings scores based on Azure Advisor recommendations.
- M365 Cost Control: Monitor Microsoft 365 license usage, detect underutilized assignments, and explore right-sizing opportunities.
- Security Control: Gain visibility into MFA gaps, unused accounts, and privilege assignments with posture scores to highlight areas of risk.
Use the indicators to quickly scan for anomalies or opportunities, and click More Details on any panel to explore each area in depth.

2. Azure & M365 Cost Control: Detailed View
When you click “More Details” at the bottom of the Azure or M365 Cost Control panels, you’ll get a deeper dashboard view (see below) that breaks down costs by service, resource, and license.
This view is ideal for financial controllers, IT managers, and anyone responsible for cloud budgeting or license allocation.
What you’ll find:
- Consumption Charts: See how costs trend over time across Azure and M365 environments.
- Savings Potential: Understand where savings can be realized based on current usage and system recommendations.
- Detailed Tables: Get granular views by subscription, license type, and resource — ideal for cost follow-up, reporting, and optimization planning.
Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard to explore the Event Summary, where recommendations are logged with severity levels and timestamps to help prioritize follow-up.

3. Security Control: Entra-ID Posture & Activity
This dashboard focuses exclusively on user identity and access security across your Azure and Microsoft 365 tenants. Built to help you identify exposure risks, it provides visibility into:
- MFA Coverage: See which member and guest accounts are missing multi-factor authentication.
- Login Activity: Track accounts that are inactive or have never logged in.
- Privileged Access: Understand who has elevated roles and where unnecessary admin rights may exist.
You’ll also see operational scores, detailed user lists, and a full event log of security-related findings and recommendations.
