1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Ceeview Cloud Snapshot (referred to as “the App”), a product offered by Ceeview AS (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our App on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (referred to as “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Ceeview Cloud Snapshot offers a cloud-based cost analysis tool for optimizing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services. This application enables users to track cloud-related costs, identify potential savings, manage unassigned and unused licenses, and subscription details. Upon using the Cloud Snapshot solution, users receive a report designed to track, analyze, and optimize their cloud usage to reduce costs and enhance performance.
3. USER ACCOUNT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To use the App, you may need to create an account on Microsoft Azure. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during registration and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities under your account are your responsibility.
4. LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App according to these Terms and Microsoft Marketplace’s policies. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
- Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
5. SUBSCRIPTION AND FEES
The Ceeview Cloud Snapshot solution is offered free of charge. No subscription or payment is required to use the App. If any additional features or services requiring payment are introduced in the future, they will be clearly outlined in the Microsoft Marketplace or within the App, and payments will be managed through Microsoft’s billing system in accordance with Microsoft’s billing policies and payment terms.
6. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY
By using the App, you agree that we may collect certain data for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the services. This includes usage data, performance metrics, and user feedback. All data collected is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or if we cease to offer the service. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will immediately cease.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceeview AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising out of your use of the App.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ceeview AS, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App or on our website, and your continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oslo, Norway, and any disputes arising under them shall be resolved in the courts located in Oslo, Norway.
