The Ceeview team has several years of experience and significant skills in bringing advanced, state of the art management and monitoring solutions to the market within areas such as Cloud and Virtualization Monitoring, Service Level Management, Systems Management, Event Management, Network Monitoring, Application Monitoring, and Database Monitoring.

Based on years of experience and interaction with hundreds of customers worldwide we have designed Ceeview to manage IT Services in a new and innovative way.

Anders Grindland, President and CEO

Anders is an established serial entrepreneur in the software industry. He has more than 20 years of experience from the international software industry, software development, marketing, and sales. Anders was the founder of Sysnet, one of the early leaders of management software for client-server systems. The company was sold in 1994 to US-based Boole & Babbage.

Based on the same ideas, he founded Nimsoft in 1998. The company became one of the leading providers of Monitoring Solutions with more than 1000 customers spread over the world. Anders was CEO until 2006 and Chairman until Computer Associates acquired Nimsoft in 2010 for 360 million dollars.

Anders has a Master of Science degree from the Norwegian School of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a Bachelor of Economics from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

Carstein Seeberg, CTO

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Ceesoft, Carstein is responsible for driving the company’s technology strategy and product architecture. Carstein brings more than 20 years of experience from a variety of software development assignments and multiple award-winning Systems Management products to Ceesoft. One such product was Nimsoft which was sold to CA in 2010.

Prior to Nimsoft, Carstein held various senior leadership roles at companies such as Boole & Babbage Inc., Sysnet AS and Norsk Data AS.

Dag Lund, VP Sales and Marketing at Ceeview

Dag Lund, VP Marketing
and Co-Founder

Dag has more than 20 years of experience in the computer industry, spanning from hardware and software development to marketing and business development assignments in companies such as The Royal Norwegian Airforce, Norsk Data, Dolphin Server Technology, Sysnet, Boole & Babbage and Nimsoft.

Dag has a broad international background, working at the Royal Norwegian Consulate General in San Francisco, California, with research and technology transfers between the US and Norway. He holds several engineering and marketing degrees from the University of Oslo, Norwegian School of Marketing, as well as Executive Management Programs at Stanford University, BI School of Management, and the University of California at Berkeley.

Fredrik Spolén, Chief Revenue Officer

Fredrik Spolén, a proven leader in the technology and software management industry, joined Ceeview as the Chief Revenue Officer in April 2024. With over three decades of experience, Fredrik has a distinguished track record in business transformation, strategy development, and revenue growth across the Nordics, Europe, and the United States.

Before joining Ceeview, Fredrik served as the Sales Director for Crayon in Europe, where he focused on expanding the company’s market reach and enhancing sales strategies. Prior to that, he was an instrumental part of Snow Software’s journey to a successful acquisition by Flexera in 2024. His leadership in regional and global sales initiatives significantly contributed to Snow’s positioning as a key player in IT asset and service management.

At Ceeview, Fredrik is responsible for driving the global revenue strategy and strengthening customer and partner relations. His expertise aligns seamlessly with Ceeview’s focus on enterprise IT, business services, and cost management, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving user experience. Fredrik’s strategic sales approach and profound understanding of technology value optimization are key to advancing Ceeview’s mission of empowering enterprises with better control and observability.

Fredrik holds certifications in various sales methodologies and coaching, bringing a dynamic and effective leadership style to his teams. His passion for technology and its potential to transform businesses continues to inspire and deliver results at Ceeview.
